Why Leading Brands Choose Us

More Than a Factory — Your Strategic Manufacturing Partner

At Purui Sports (Guangdong Xinzhanyue Sports Technology Co., Ltd.), we understand that choosing an OEM/ODM manufacturer is one of the most critical decisions your brand will make. The right partner accelerates your growth; the wrong one creates costly delays, quality issues, and reputational risk. Here is why hundreds of brands across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific trust us with their private-label production.

🏫

Vertical Integration = Quality Control

Unlike trading companies that outsource to unknown workshops, we operate our own 15,000-square-meter facility with three core capabilities under one roof: hardware forging and precision machining for frames and fittings, mesh fabric cutting and sewing for netting and headbands, and plastic injection molding for connectors and accessories. Every stage happens in-house, which means we control quality, timing, and cost at every step.

📈

Engineering-Led Customization

Our R&D team does not just follow orders — they collaborate with you to optimize designs for manufacturability, durability, and target-market compliance. Whether you need USAPA-dimensioned pickleball nets, FIBA-compliant basketball systems, or entirely new product concepts, our engineers translate your vision into production-ready specifications with full technical documentation.

📄

Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Costs

We quote based on real material costs, labor hours, and verified supplier pricing — not inflated estimates padded with undisclosed margins. Every quotation includes a detailed cost breakdown so you understand exactly what you are paying for. Price adjustments only occur if you change specifications after the PI is confirmed.

🚚

Reliable Logistics & Export Experience

We have been exporting since 2015 and currently ship to over 30 countries. Our logistics team handles FOB, CIF, DDP arrangements, consolidation of mixed-product containers, customs documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders worldwide. Whether you need one pallet or a full 40-foot container, the process is streamlined and predictable.

✅

ISO9001:2015 Certified Quality System

Our quality management system covers incoming material inspection, in-process checkpoints at every production stage, 100% final visual inspection, and AQL-based functional testing. We welcome and coordinate third-party pre-shipment inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at no additional charge. Non-conforming products are never shipped — period.

🤝

Scalable From Startup to Enterprise

Whether you are launching your first private-label product line with 200 units or managing an established brand ordering multiple containers per quarter, our production capacity scales with you. Negotiable MOQs, flexible payment structures for repeat partners, and priority scheduling for high-volume accounts ensure we grow together.

OEM vs ODM

Choose the Right Model for Your Business Stage

Understanding the difference between OEM and ODM helps you select the most efficient path to market. Many successful partnerships actually combine both approaches — using our ODM platforms as a foundation with OEM-level customization for key differentiating features.

Aspect OEM (Your Design) ODM (Our Design, Your Brand)
Design Responsibility You provide complete product specifications, drawings, and material requirements We provide proven designs; you customize branding, colors, and selected features
Best For Established brands with in-house R&D, proprietary designs, or patent-protected concepts New brands, market testers, retailers expanding into private label, speed-to-market priorities
Development Time 45-60 days (sampling, tooling, approval cycles) 15-25 days (branding adaptation, minimal engineering)
MOQ Flexibility Higher initial MOQ (tooling amortization); lower per-unit at scale Lower entry MOQ; faster reorder cycles
IP Ownership ✔ You retain full intellectual property rights to the design Design IP remains ours; your brand, packaging, and marketing assets are yours
Customization Depth ✔ Unlimited — every dimension, material, and feature is specifiable Moderate — colors, branding, packaging, and selected option combinations
Unit Cost Higher NRE (non-recurring engineering) but competitive at volume Lower NRE; slightly higher per-unit due to shared development costs

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know About Working With Us

Below are the questions we hear most often from new OEM/ODM partners. If your question is not covered here, reach out directly — our sales team responds within 24 hours.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM for sports equipment?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we produce products according to your exact specifications — you provide the design, materials list, branding requirements, and we manufacture to your standards. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we offer our existing proven designs that you can customize with your brand, colors, and packaging — ideal for buyers who want a faster route to market with less R&D investment. At Purui Sports, we support both models and can also deliver hybrid solutions where our engineering team adapts an existing platform to meet your unique requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM/ODM orders?

MOQ is negotiable based on product type and customization level. Net-only products (without frames) have lower entry quantities starting from 50-100 units. Complete systems with branded frames typically start at 200-500 units depending on complexity. For private label paddle programs, we can work with as low as 300 units for initial orders. We regularly serve startup brands testing new markets alongside established distributors placing container-volume orders — contact us with your target volume and we will propose a workable structure.

What is the typical production lead time?

Standard repeat orders: 25-35 days from deposit receipt. First-time custom/OEM projects: 45-60 days including sampling, approval cycles, tooling if needed, and first-article inspection. Sample production: 7-10 days. Bulk/container orders: within 30 days. Rush orders can be discussed for time-sensitive launches — we maintain raw material buffers for common specifications to accelerate response when needed.

Can I put my own brand/logo on the products?

Yes — full private labeling is our core service. Branding options include: woven logo on net headbands, embroidered or printed logos on mesh, laser-engraved or printed logos on paddle faces, custom frame colors matched to your brand guidelines, branded packaging (color box, hang tag, manual, outer carton), and customized instruction manuals with your brand identity. We support vector artwork (AI/PDF/EPS formats) and can assist with logo placement optimization for maximum visibility during gameplay.

What certifications do you hold?

We hold ISO9001:2015 quality management certification covering all production processes. Our products are designed to comply with relevant international standards including USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) regulations for pickleball equipment, FIBA standards for basketball systems, and general EN safety standards for sports equipment. We support third-party testing and certification (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) as required by your target market. Test reports and compliance documentation are provided with shipments.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Absolutely. We recommend and strongly encourage pre-production sampling for all first-time OEM/ODM orders. Sample production takes 7-10 days. Sample fees apply and are calculated based on actual material and labor costs — these fees are fully offset (deducted) against your subsequent bulk order. For established customers placing repeat orders, we can ship pre-production samples from the actual production run for final confirmation before balance payment and shipment.

What payment terms do you accept for OEM/ODM orders?

Standard terms: 30% deposit via T/T upon contract signing or Proforma Invoice confirmation, with the 70% balance paid against copy of Bill of Lading before release of shipping documents. Deposit is due within 5 working days of contract signing. For long-term partnership accounts or large-volume annual contracts, alternative terms such as L/C at sight can be discussed. We do not accept COD or post-shipment payment arrangements for first-time orders.

Which markets do you currently supply?

We export globally with active customers across North America (United States, Canada), Europe (Germany, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Nordic countries), Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia), Australia and New Zealand, South America, and the Middle East. Our logistics team handles all export documentation, consolidation, and can arrange door-to-door delivery via sea freight (FOB/CIF), air freight, or express courier for samples. Products are packed in standard export-grade packaging with EPE protective layer, woven bag outer wrap, and reinforced cartons.

Can you help with product design if I only have a concept?

Yes — this is exactly what our ODM service is designed for. Share your concept, target market positioning, price point, and any reference images, and our engineering team will develop a complete product specification including material selection, dimensional drawings, color scheme, and cost breakdown. We produce 3D renderings and physical prototypes for your review before committing to mass production. Many of our most successful private-label partnerships started as rough concepts that we refined together into winning retail products.

What is your quality control process?

Our QC system operates at three levels: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) verifies all raw materials against specifications before production begins; In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) includes checkpoint inspections at each major production stage (welding, stitching, assembly, surface treatment); Final Quality Control (FQC) conducts 100% visual inspection plus AQL-based sampling for functional testing on every batch before packing. Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by our internal team or your designated third-party inspector is welcomed and coordinated at no extra charge. Defective products found at any stage are quarantined, root-caused, and either reworked or scrapped — never shipped.
